My experience at this dealership was a very positive one. Norm Methe was extremely professional and attentive. He listened to my questions and requests to make this a very easy transfer of leasing. I am very happy with my 2021 Civic lease!
I took my car in for servicing and a safety check as well as a wheel alignment. It had been awhile since I visited the dealership due to construction and covid testrictions.
Norman took a detailed list of all my needs. Did a thorough search of to find just what I wanted. Compared herb chamber inventory with what I had already looked at.
I stopped in without an appointment and the staff was courteous and helpful. They resolved the issue quickly and even washed the car before sending me on my way. Great customer service!
