This was our first experience at this dealership and it was truly an excellent one. From start to final purchase while working with David S. our salesman, we also met Mike, the sales manager, James, the general manager, Randy from service and Toan from finance. All were professional, knowledgable, and treated us with respect. They wanted our business but wanted us to be comfortable with the decision without any pressure. Great dealership with a friendly and efficient service department. All work performed as described and fairly priced. In order for a review to be posted, it has to contain at least 25 words???? This does not sound very smart....
Friendly courteous advisor. Clear explanation of costs. Clean light airy pleasant check in area. Vehicle was ready at the time they said it would be.

We came back to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to buy a second car. We also went back to the same salesperson as the experience we had the first time was great. This time we had an even better experience. We told him we were comparing vehicles and also looking at leasing vs. buying. Norman worked with us throughout the process and was open and honest with us. We will highly recommend him to others regarding buying a car.

The service department honored a warrantee that we couldn't find a record of. The service representative was most interested in listening to me and pleasing me. Also the parts department was fast and friendly with their service. Thank you.

Every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, accommodating and very helpful. David Yang was very thorough in explaining different functions of the CR-V as well as being sure everything was sanitized. The whole process was excellent. I appreciate the one stop service regarding the registration, new plates, insurance contact, inspection, etc. as well as the closing on the leased auto. I would not hesitate to recommend you to someone.

I had a problem with my radio. I called early on a Saturday and the service department was able to check my vehicle on that day and fixed the problem. All involved were kind and courteous.
