They were good. They got me n and out quickly. It just seems expensive. While the washed my ca they could have run the vacuum.

The did what was required in terms of my vehicle maintenance code. It took almost 3 hours though. I should have dropped off instead of waiting. They gave me 10% discounts which I liked. I was upset that it took nearly 500 bucks to have my regular maintenance done given that my car is only 2 years old. It is what it is. I felt that labor charge is a little high here but that is probably the story with every certified dealer. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Paul Plichon, did an outstanding job with the sale and explaining everything about the vehicle. Omar Karim and James Lavelle were also very helpful in making the transaction a smooth one.
