I bought a 2024 HondaHRV from Honda of Westborough. Patrick was my salesman and there was no hassle trading in my 2018 Honda fit. I had gone to Ron Bouchard of Lancaster first and was not pleased since they went back on my trade offer without telling me upfront and slipped it into the final total. I also was not pressured at all to take financing, or any other extra options. Everything was perfect. I do miss my Honda Fit and so wanted to buy another. Took a while to get my routine oil change in 40,000 Mi check up. But they took their time to really look over the car change what really needed and advised me what I would need on the next visit. The last auto shop I worked for also did this and I was loyal for as long as I had the car because I felt I was getting the service that I deserved and wanted.
