Awesome staff all very kind polite and explained clearly repeated anything when necessary. Alex Mahnken showed lots of patience teaching an elderly person all the new computerized features in a new car. Staff willing to work with me on keeping with in my budget range as I’m on a fixed income. I was very pleased with this dealership compared to others I have visited.

It was nice working with Francisco, he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle frequently throughout the process. He was very precise in what issue I was having and what the next steps may look like when I reported the issue. They were very kind and accommodating of my timeline on when I needed the car back.

Always a pleasant experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough! First time using the shuttle service, She was pleasant and punctual. I enjoyed our conversation. Service was on time and and all jobs were completed. Left with a clean and vacuumed car. Tristan as always was informative and helpful.
