I've dealt with many service issues at multiple hi-line dealers and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at McLaren Dallas. There are a bunch of poor reviews on Google that I suspect are either misplaced regarding other dealerships or are posted by people who do not actually own these cars. Service on exotics is critical because they often are higher maintenance cars. When i brought my car in, I was greeted immediately, I was given a ride to my home and offered other options. I contemplated upgrading my GT3 to a 570s, so I stopped by Park Place Mclaren. The service reps were very helpful and took their time to go over all the features of their vehicles with me. They showed me the ins and outs and offered a test drive. I would have taken them up on their offer if I had more time that day. Although, I'm not ready for a McLaren yet, I will definitely shop here when I am ready. Now if Mclaren could only get their reliability together =)
This place was wonderful.They let us sit in the cars and offered us water and drinks.They even offered us free gifts.Their collection was very up-to-date. I would recommend visiting
I visited to take a look at their extensive collection of supercar a couple month ago. Even though we weren't buying, the staff was still very friendly and attentive, offering us snacks and drinks. They also let us sit in some of the cars and we even got to see the (brand new at the time) McLaren 570S! Amazing dealer, if you are looking for a car of that caliber, I would highly recommend.
I recently purchased a 650S from Park Place Premier Collection. The entire process was handled in a most professional fashion. The agreement, it is noteworthy, was consummated without a hiccup from across the country. All concerns were addressed in a most accommodating fashion, at the sales and managerial level. This experience was all around not good. The employees were not exactly the nicest, walking around the cars I received multiple nasty looks from different employees. I will say there were two older caucasian males when i walked through the room where the rolls royce's were who were nice and an african american male near the mclaren lugage who was friendly but the majority of them gave looks either walking past us or from there glass offices. Will not drive another McLaren solely because of the service department. Currently getting my state inspection done at my local shop because the McLaren service department was unable/unwilling to do it - even after having my car for 3 weeks. Amazing car, amazing sales team but not worth the headache of their service department.

All I asked for was a headroom measurement and they said "go to Home Depot" ...they all are ignorant of the products that they are supposed to be selling, McClaren makes a good car, this place makes you prefer to ride a bus than to deal with they're crap
