Heath Strayhan is the General Manager at Park Place Premier Collection. I had bought 3 vehicles from them from 2014-2017. First vehicle was a good experience with a McLaren 12-C. After taking my Mclaren to Mclaren of Dallas for a simple oil change, I picked it up with an airbag fault and a transmission fault. The dealer claims they had nothing to do with the faults, and it would cost me at least $5,000 to fix. These issues were NOT PRESENT when the car went in. After arguing for several days they told me I should pick my car up and they refused to complete work on it. I was left with a $1,500 oil change bill and a car with issues.

Caution caution caution. Don't bring your car in for service here. Horrible experience. Can't even do a simple oil change! Car had 7 miles put on it, air bag faults, and transmission fault when I came to pick it up. Why do you need to drive 7 miles to do my oil change??? Mind you I drove 300 miles and dropped it off with nothing wrong. No explanation or help from Park Place, just attitude.

I purchased a 2013 Neiman Marcus McLaren from Park Place, the 4th car I have purchased from them and will be the last. I call and leave messages and they (Tim) does not call back. How terribly disrespectful. Think about it, 4 cars and I cannot get a call back. I would advise caution against working with this group no matter what the reason. Andy Parker along with the sales manager are completely untrustworthy. They backed out of a car they sold me to give to a higher bidder after making me jump through hoops to get the financing in order along with the inherent credit inquiries. All of which I did rapidly. I was shocked. During a 350k transaction there is no room for excess greed and distrust. Don't let this be an "I told you so" situation.

Contacted this dealer about a car. Really did not find the dealership was into selling a car unless you were into their terms. If I'm going to spend $200k on a car I would hope for a little better attitude. Oh well, plenty of other brands out there in the $200k range and many other dealers.
