Thanks to Bria, our new purchase was a breeze. She helped get everything before time and the communication was always upfront. We hardly spent any time at the dealership since we had everything taken care of beforehand. We absolutely love the car and that big little bow and red carpet for the photo was the icing on the cake.

Great service. Have been a customer for several years and I continue to come back for new vehicles when needed. Service team does a great job. The loaner cars are what keeps me coming back for upgrades. That is great marketing.

Best car buying experience to date! I was blown away by consultative approach Bria Harrison took. The whole process was warm and friendly. Didn't feel like I was being put through the gauntlet of waiting and going back and forth on numbers. They have a customer centric approach to doing business and I'm glad I did business with MB grapevine even though I live less than a mile from another MB dealer! 10/10 would recommend.
