I had the vehicle in for recall repairs. It was done expediently and in good order. Karla Rodriguez is an excellent Service Advisor.

They added a $650 cost for a theft recovery devise that they said could not be removed and was included on all of their cars. That device and price were not reflected on the price listed on their internet price. There was no prior disclosure of this hidden cost until provided with a final write up to be signed and agreed to . The amount they proposed to give me for my trade in was significantly below wholesale market value for my current vehicle.

Very efficient, also made me aware of a nail in my tire, accomplished my state inspection, and let me have a leased car while they were doing the work. Jason Sulley kept me informed during the process and sent a video of the mechanic's discoveries. Very satisfying customer
