Great customer service and the communication was great.
Foley is a great service advisor. He can always explain if I have any problems and what to expect.. On the downside, it seems like the service department always finds problems. My car never gets a clean bill of health. This is no fault on Foley, but is on the men who work on the car.
Autobahn always provides great service to our BMW. Every since we purchased an X3, Autobahn has been our only service provider.
