We had an excellent experience at Grapevine Porsche with Luke as our sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, patient with all our questions, and made what can be a very long and boring process quick and seamless. Pretty sure we will own another Porsche in the future thanks to Luke!

Very dissatisfied with this managers customer service care. I bought my cayenne porsche which was CPO three weeks ago on a Saturday. Sunday morning I found a very large puddle of oil under the porsche. On Monday spoke to a service man that instructed us to DRIVE the vehicle back to Grapevine Porsche. My husband took off work Monday drove 2.5 hours and was given a loaner. We were happy with the service thus far.
