Went to Porsche Grapevine to purchase a 718 Cayman S for my birthday! Luke Manning made such a pleasant buying experience. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Luke was fabulous right from the onset! Friendly, offered unfiltered advice on my special order. Always available, with quick responses via cell/text/email. He kept me informed throughout the entire process of ordering, manufacturing & shipping. Picking up the car was painless, I really dislike the car purchasing transaction and he made this one a breeze! We will be back for our next to purchase with Luke. He is a great sales person - not pushy - was very patient with me. Being this is my first Porsche I had lots of questions. The whole process including appraisal & trade in of my vehicle went smoothly and quickly.
The dealership was incredibly professional and treated us like we were family. Marchelle was the best sales woman we have ever had and truly cared about us and what we had to say. Signing for the car took less than an hour which was amazing! Overall we were extremely pleased with the dealership and the service provided to us!
