I decided to take it to Pat O'Brien dealership and they took care of the situation that I had with the car. I'm pleased with the service advisor. Service manager. And the mechanics. I was treated like I made a difference. I am very pleased with the work and service at Pat O'Brien.
Great experience Outstanding service by all members, Specially Carla. She worked late on Saturday helping another client after the dealership closed. She went into the office before it opend up on Monday to start working on my car, she than called me to let me know she found my truck at another location, later on the day she drove over an hour to go and get it.overall great experience
