An unexpected pleasure. Bringing a car in for service following a brutal winter is not for the faint of heart. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Tera and Jeff went above and beyond finding me the "perfect" car. I had family with me and all of us were treated excellent. I'm so happy with my new vehicle. This will be my first stop when I need another vehicle.
Great buying experience. I'd go there again. My sales rep, Pete White, and the finance guy I worked with were very helpful, identifying savings opportunities for me, and putting me in exactly the car I wanted at a very fair price. I subsequently referred family members to Pete, and they purchased a car from him, too.
Great experience, they get back to you very quickly, Mitch Sanchez and everyone there are a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy is also really great.

My experience was great from coming in to leaving with my new truck. Everyone was helpful and cooperated to get me in the right vehicle for the right price. All of my needs were met as far as what i was looking for. The customer service was great and i could not ask for more.
Pete White worked out the alternatives I needed to make the purchase. He didn't give up, but instead found the selection for me and within days after my enquiry, he called me with the info. If the competition had been half that helpful it would have been interesting, but Pete's follow through made it work so I have a Pat O'Brien on my license plate cover. I had a horrible experience at Lake Shore Chevrolet 10 years ago. The professionalism I was shown during this purchase renewed my faith in Chevrolet! IF the equinox is as good as it is now in 5 years, I'll be back. Also kudos to young John Calebrese, I'm glad he's hooked up with a good company.
I bought my last car at Classic Auto Campus.
