The best service dept. The service department at Pat O'Brien is always super fast, friendly, and excellent, and dealer service is the best way to go. The waiting room is always clean and relaxing, and I even had a chance to check out what might be my next car. Rating: A+

Service was excellent and friendly. My oil change and tire rotation was done in reasonable time. The service department began work on my vehicle as soon as I drove it into the reception area. The customer waiting area was nice and clean.

Chevy oil change and checkup Had an oil change scheduled and done. It was found my right turning light was out again. Since it had been replaced not long ago, they realized there was something causing it. They found it needs a part replaced and ordered it which they will install o n Monday. Everyone is very helpful and attentive.

Chevy checkup I brought my car in for an oil change and problem with car feeling as if it would stall. Brian was very helpful in correcting the problem which was covered under warranty. He also was sure to recommend some needed maintenance items
totally comfortable and not pressured nice atmosphere in showroom,large inventory and most of all salesman was exceptional in his knowledge and finding just what I wanted and needed in my car.
