The manager lacks taking ownership and there definitely is not any type of quality control checks on place. 2 Star : Customer Service Receptionist did her best but she doesn't fix the cars. 0 Star : My Experience The people and customer service was good but the actual work was the worst I’ve ever seen from a professional shop . You should consider closing your collision center or hire people skilled enough to complete the work properly. My air condition worked fine blowing ice cold air when I brought it in now it doesn’t work with no explanation. I’m very disappointed. I will be getting estimates to fix your terrible work and contacting my lawyer

I won't do business with Serpentini in the future.

The plastic piece you did is already peeling. The light that was replaced does not match the other one. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Unlikely, but it depends on the car and deductible, 2.5 Star : Repair Quality The experience was ok, but the results weren’t that great. The paint on the bumper has lots of swirls and scuffs, and the pearl/metal-flake in the new paint isn’t an exact match. Given the age and condition of the rest of the car, it’s acceptable. However, it probably would have been more cost effective, with similar results, to source a used bumper with the same OEM color. 4 Star : Customer Service
