I was very pleased by my experience with Jamie Fenton at Volvo. He was very easy to work with, talked us through the advantages to buying a Volvo, and really helped me through the car I was purchasing and it’s technology and hybrid battery nuances. He was informative, friendly patient, and we felt we could trust him.
When it comes to the test drive experience, Jamie was very patient and let me drive multiple cars and I didn’t feel any pressure from him. Then, the purchasing experience was smooth and professional. Once out the door, Jamie was very responsive to my emails and constantly kept in touch. Great experience overall!
