The people at Pioneer Volvo were very friendly and helpful but the dealership itself was not impressive. The building didn't seem well suited for a car dealership, the showroom was a bit shabby and there was dusty, noisy contruction going on in front of the dealership.
I am someone who typically feels anxious when shopping for cars. Arriving at the office, we were immediately greeted by Anissa and Jamie. Right away, we knew we made the right decision. They were friendly, attentive and genuinely happy to be doing business with us. They were knowledgeable about each of the vehicles and able to answer all of our questions. They gave us plenty of time to explore, test drive, and make a decision based on what was best for us.
Great experience with knowledgable staff including Jamie Fenton our salesperson. No pressure and just friendly service to help me get the car I’ve wanted for years.
