Mike Montes is the best! I've dealt with Mike for several years and he is a real asset to your dealership.
Drop my car off with Mike Montes and he call me within an hour or so to give me detail of the repaired needed and he was as through as usual.
Michael sent me a video from the mechanic that explained the issues with my car and a quote for the service. It took a few days to get my car fixed but I'm pleased with the service that I received.
Mike is wonderful. And I love the new service provided that fully explains and shows what needs to be done to the car.

The service department provided video of the failed part/parts. The mechanic explained the situation. The service advisor explained the process and quote. They were able to get things going and we were able to pickup the car the next day.
