The service department provided video of the failed part/parts. The mechanic explained the situation. The service advisor explained the process and quote. They were able to get things going and we were able to pickup the car the next day.

The service team worked with me before I had my car brought in to be sure they understood what I needed and what the situation was (it had to be towed to them and was locked, with no key to open it). They got the work done on the day I requested, even though the interactive online service calendar didn't have an appointment open on that day.
