From the time one drives in, the service staff is very attentive and ask questions concerning the pending service issue. The service department will stay engaged with updates on repair status and any issue that requires a customer decision. When necessary, the mechanics will come out and explain the issue or even request additional information about the the vehicles behavior prior to service. This team does a quality job entry to exit.
