Repair The work we needed done was repaired as well as noticing us about future work. Unfortunately the work we needed done was about 6 hours and they couldn't give us a loaner vehicle to use for the day, when I made the appointment we were told if they are available we would get one....upon arriving....we were told the dealership doesn't have them anymore.....so in the future plan to get a ride if you need one.

I am so appreciative that I met Jim Pirro. He understood my position, listened, and helped me resolve my dilemma. My old vehicle was not worth fixing and my credit score, to say the least was not very strong. Jim was able find me a car which I liked and fit into budget. First New Car The staff at country were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Jeremy, our sales rep, worked tirelessly to find us the right vehicle. He walked us through our questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Found a great car and had a great experience.

A good time had by all. A very nice experience with buying a vehicle. Scott Peters was patient and knowledgeable and a closer. When he introduced Melanie the deal stayed closed. She was very patient, a good listener, introduced me to the service writer, and made sure my car could make a call. Very thorough she. I enjoyed my time there.

Easy in, easy out! Melissa made contact with me, worked out an appointment time and started working on a plan for my new car. Arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon and after asking a few questions about my preferences, I was test driving my new car! Melissa did what she does....financing did what they do.... Friendly Experience My husband and I recently purchased a very gently used Hyundai Elantra, LE. We were treated with respect and friendliness throughout the entire process and at no time did we feel pressured in any way. Trade in fairness Shinny and financing did everything to help me get into a brand new vehicle while rolling in my trade in. They found me a rate that was comfortable for me and despite my credit background worked with me to find what worked for me!
