I shouldn't have been surprised!!! I recently had my 1st service experience at Country Hyundai. I always go to the selling dealer for the 1st service on my new cars with subsequent service done at local shops. Needles to say, I've found a new service provider in Country Hyundai. The buying experience for My Tuscon Limited was excellent, and that feeling has carried over to the service dept., from Eddies warm welcome to my service writers pleasant smile. They say " Your going to love it here " I do !!

this was a good dealer ship to purchase a vehicle I went to find a small suv and the sales person was very good to show me a new tuson , I told him that I own larger vehicles and wanted something smaller to run around in , and when he told me the price and warranty he had me sold ,,, Scott did a great job and was not pushy at all

Great experience I usually hate the car deal but I will say this experience was pleasant and I would recommend Northampton to my friends and family... All of the staff I came into contact with treated me very well and made me feel at ease with my purchase and time spent there.

Prompt service I have only had recalls on my 2011 Sonata, but when I call, they take me right in and accommodate my schedule. I bring the car in and it is done on schedule. They do their inspection of the car and let you know if things need attention. Their is no pressure, just information. Thank you Northampton Country Hyundai.

2017 elantra This is my third car that I have purchased from Country Hyundai. Service has always been excellent. All of the workers that I have come in contact with have been courteous and professional in their work.

Low pressure, fair price, fast close I was very pleased with my experience at Country Hyundai. Went in on a Saturday and drove away with a new car on a Tuesday - would have been Monday if not for a holiday. Like the title says, I didn't feel pressured in my decision-making, I got a a fair price and the close was a fast one. I'd definitely consider this dealership in the future - but first - I'm going to thoroughly enjoy my Elantra.

Excellent experience Professional staff, excellent service, fantastic customer service. the sales staff is top notch! If anybody is thinking of pitching a hyundi, do your self a favor and check them out. And ask for Mellisa or Chris in sales. They are top notch!!!!
