Country Hyundai gets five stars The staff was really friendly and understanding to my needs so they did not pressure me into any unwanted purchases. They were straight forward with my pricing breakdown and did not neglect to tell me any information. They even were able to obtain my first color choice of car.

Loving my Sonata Hybrid and the sales experience. Good experience. Great staff, quick and easy to do. I did not like that the dealership moved from Greenfield where I work to Northampton but it was worth the drive. Bill and Mel were friendly, helpful, intelligent and seemed to care.

Melanie was also fantastic! She made sure I felt comfortable before I drove off in my new car. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was an overall pleasurable experience. Country Hyundai is OK While nothing really outstanding pops out after this transaction, it is fair to say that the overall experience was ok. The salesperson, Ms. Santiago was knowledgeable and she applied no pressure. The problem was the amount of waiting time for approvals and paperwork. I complied with all requests to provide paperwork and documentation for their approprocess.
