They had to order the solenoid and called when it came in. Tom also answered all of my questions and scheduled an oil change for the same time as my service. Great work! Worked w/me and my rescheduling. I had a small area that needed touch up paint. He said the paint hadn't arrived yet, but we would scheduled a quick appointment. I laughed and told Tom the car was too dirty too notice it! The paint arrived while they had my car and they washed the entire car! It was a nice surprise!

I got the exact car I wanted at a good price. The team stayed late to finish the paperwork. They had my aftermarket heated seats installed within a day. They worked with me on every issue. I LOVE the car - Hyundai Elantra. We had a few minor issues like a single car key with the used car. But, they worked with me and it all got worked out.

Tom is a very friendly guy who kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the process. He gave me a estimated price at the beginning and the final price was under his quote not over. Thanks for your friendly survice.

We were contaced for a 'Recall' service for a front coil protector on our 2011 Santa Fe. Tom called me and we set up a mutually convenient appointment and we were pleasently reminded of the appointment several times. The service was completed in about 40 minutes (1 hr quoted). Very good customer service. Dealership was clean and comfortable.

I worked with Scott Peters, who was nice enough, but I would NEVER shop here again (and I ended up not buying here anyway). I was interested in a car I saw listed online. I visited, test drove it, and loved it. I came back the next day ready to sign the papers with my father and feel that I was treated very poorly. They would NOT budge on the price! Had a great sales experience wirh Dan Viets. He was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase. Chelsea LaPointe was very helpful setting up our Bluelink system. Dan showed us all the features of the car including the navigation system.
