Once again these Damm folks stepped up and accommodated my needs very well. Awesome Thank you country Hyandi Northampton. I will be sending my people there for vehicles.. They really are a good team there.

Very poor communication from Sales staff, including a Manager. I had a written agreement for a new Genesis and an appt. to take delivery, which never took place due to sales staff not returning phone calls, emails, and texts. I am sympathetic to the added work/stress brought on by the CDK debacle, but there is no excuse for failing to stay in contact with a customer preparing to take delivery. Think twice before doing business with this dealership.

I had a positive experience at the dealership when I purchased my 2024 Kona EV. My sales person, Jack Coach, was courteous, friendly and worked with me as I moved towards the purchase of car technology that I wasn't fully familiar with. Overall, a great experience.

Don’t come here for the scratch off they offer. Told me I won 5k. Drove 42 minutes and they gave me 5 dollars and wanted my new truck for 2K. Don’t trust these people, go elsewhere! Scam reported on AARP and the FTC

This dealership is very unethical. I was told to come there for a test drive and pre-apply for financing based on a specific car I wanted from their webpage. They knew they had sold that car days before but keep encouraging me to come see it. They dishonestly led me on to get me into their showroom.
