No circus act! I've been to a lot of dealerships and it's all a circus act. They get you in the door and then while you are there everything is different and not what they told you on the phone. Quick, Courteous, Clean Car I've had some awful experiences with this dealership in the past, but they have attempted to remedy the situation each time. I was reluctant to go back, but they are in a convenient location and I didn't want to drive out of my way to get service. This time I waited in the lobby and did a little work on my laptop rather than rely on the shuttle service. My car was serviced and washed relatively quickly, and I was back on my way. Treats you like a human not like a shopper Theres something to be said when you have no intention to go to the dealership than to support a family member and you end up walking out with a car. Why? They are always on my side I went to help my sister at the dealership because she was having concerns with some service issues and when she went in she had no intentions of buying a new vehicle (and neither was i). After some research and conversations with the sales gentleman it was in my sisters best interest to purchase new. First Time, will be Long time Brought my 2012 Azera in for regular maintenance and figured I would need a cabin filter, but was told I didn't. When does a dealership do this? Was fully explained what was done and proactively what I will need in the future.
