I dropped in because I was having sporadic problems with my car starting. Grubbs tested my battery and determined it needed to be replaced. I was going out of town, so I had them replace it. It thought it was pricey, but I didn't have time to check out other places. I was just grateful they fit me in.
The service was completed very quickly, and everything was done as expected.
