I choose this place to work on my vehicle because they do a good job. They are very professional and they are very attentive to the customers needs. I would recommend anyone that's in the Tulsa area to use Grubbs Acura on Memorial Drive for their vehicle services. Michael and Nate are great people and they really helped me out in my time of need
I have always taken my car back to Acura for service. Recently I took my car in for an oil change and approved other services including brake fluid replacement. Somehow I had a hole in my brake line so they had to keep my car to repair it. They had my car 10 days and didn't return my phone calls or messages. I don't have issues with the car service but their customer service in not returning calls was bad.
