Service wait time was reasonable
I wasn't unhappy with anything. They were fast and very friendly.
My daughter in law needed her auto detailed and I was happy to help and we took her car to Grubbs. I called Trenton to take care of her and of course he was so helpful and polite. She loves the outcome. THANK YOU TRENT!!
The service took four or five days and Grubb's did not provide a loaner. I had the car in the shop a week before and they didn't diagnose the problem correctly.
When ever calling the service dept, I ask for Trenton. He does what he says he will do and most happy to help. Car detailings are what I have done at Grubbs. My car always looks great. I appreciate Trenton for his professionalism and always being so kind. Great young man!!
