There for a diagnostic. They took me on time and were very quick. Good waiting area.
Service department is great
Grubb's service was fine. ACURA on the other hand has 2 RECALLS that there are NO parts available to FIX.....This is ridiculous due to the serious nature of the recalls...
Did not fix problem completely. The check engine light returned same problem
Our sales associate Chris Jones was knowledgeable, diligent and relates well to the customer. All about the Ford Explorer has been as he said it would be including getting an owner's manual and another key pendent for the car. Good on ya!
