Michael, the service manager, was very well versed in communicating the issues with our vehicle. I appreciated his attention to detail and the timely responses he was able to provide.
Quick, friendly service! Waiting room was comfortable as well.
I scheduled an oil change online. I showed up, handed the service advisor my keys, and went to the waiting room. Three hours later, I checked back with the service advisor. At first, he couldn't find out if my car was finished or not. I thought that 3 hours was more than enough time to do an oil change. He finally found my keys under a notebook on his desk. I know your location is undergoing a renovation, but there needs to be a better process to let the service advisor know that a task is complete.

Car wash was easy and quick. Technician was friendly and polite.
The staff did a good job managing my maintenance amidst a construction project that had them using smaller space then normal. The guys were friendly, helpful and professional. The only reason for four stars is that one of the scheduled services wasn't able to be completed and more than two weeks later, I'm still waiting for follow up on that. A little disorganized when it comes to out-of-town ownership, but the local team did well by me.
