I have been receiving messages in my email inbox about someone else's recent car purchase from this dealership for the last several weeks. I have let the folks at the dealership know about this security breach and they have done nothing. My hope is that someone will see this message and fix the problem.
Prompt, professional service. Immediately greeted, serviced and costs communicated accurately. Estimated time for services accurate. Timely communications.
My car had problems 30 minutes after having service done. I went back to have them fix the problem. Although my car runs much better now, I will not go back unless I have to. Don Carlton Acura was much better.

I enjoyed working with the new sales manager Sean and my wonderful, sweet as pie technician, April. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of. They are the reason I will continue to give Grubbs my business.
The Grubb's team does a great job. They show care and concern. Nate is an excellent service manager.
Felt the charges were higher than they should have been based on comparisons. Unsure if the seal needed to be replaced. Multiple push pins as well as the air breather were not reattached causing return visit to complete the service.
New dealership owner's now charges a 3% fee to pay by credit card. Guess there is not enough profit in service for them. Got a standard oil change and tire rotation only.
10 miles post-service, the following yellow lights lit up: SH-AWD, parking, and check engine). Also, when in motion, the red part light was lit. Returned to service center and was told it was "likely" related to a battery going bad. Informed them vehicle has new battery and this problem did not exist before service. They reviewed the vehicle and said they "reset the codes" and to come back of the problem came back.
