I use the valet service. My vehicle was picked up timely and was also returned timely during the service visit. The advisor kept me updated regularly on the status of my vehicle.

When I have an appointment scheduled and I'm still waiting 2 hours for just an oil change it gets a little frustrating waiting there for so long. Everything else is good though with the work performed and the service advisor.

Made great effort to repair my vehicle. Only one thing when you repair oil leak or fluid leak you clean up the mess the leak made. Can't tell if leak still exist or has been repaired.

The service given to me by everyone at the dealership was Great! Every one I came in contact was helpful, from the time I arrived to the time I left. The Infiniti of San Antonio have always provided excellent service at the times I have brought cars and their service is excellent.
