If I could give 1,000 stars I would!!! Everything was explained prior to all that I needed. I appreciate Kim Stewart she is very thorough and kept me posted for the 2 weeks my car was there . She really cares about her Customers. As well as the same with your Service Manager Ricky Barrow they help Me and care about the Customer with the utmost respect. These folks always do a good job. Work is thorough and timely. Everyone is friendly and courteous and waiting area is comfortable and stocked with snacks.

Service rep and maintence outstanding. Prices a bit high. Infinity does send apparently decent coupons, but their expiration dates are a joke (receieved too early or immediately after getting srviced). If not current the dealer cannot accept them.
