I was disappointed with the amount given for my Prius trade=in. I was given one key for the purchase of the Rav 4 Limited. I was told the previous owner has been contacted regarding the second key and no response. So now someone has a key to my Rav 4. The Salesman who worked with me was very cordial and helpful.
