My service at Grubb's Infiniti recently was extremely good. The employees were kind and kept me informed of the service I was having done. My windshield washer fluid system had to be unclogged, but a maintenance check was done as well to make sure everything else was okay. The complimentary car wash is always a plus.

I had my car serviced at Gibbs Infiniti a couple of weeks ago. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the problems my car was having. I had a loaner car, but didn't really need it because my car was fixed quickly. I appreciate that he made sure the oil change sticker was on my windshield. I hope I get him as my tech when I take my car back in for six months service.
