Windshield wiper was replaced, and car was washed.
Shawndy was my service advisor? and she did well except for not resolving the initial issue that I took the vehicle in for. But after speaking with her a few days later, I understood why it was not corrected. Tanner was there when I picked up my vehicle and he promised he would get back to me after speaking with Shawndy about the problem that was not resolved but I never heard from him. Even after he repeatedly assured me that he would get back to me the next morning.
