Infiniti of San Antonio did an amazing job in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. I had an issue with my fuel system and they were able to replace the parts under warranty. No issues with getting a loaner vehicle.

They didnt even complete all of the repairs that the vehicle was in for. For example I had a nail in my tire and the vehicle was sent home with that same nail in the tire and I paid for the repair service for it. In addition to that they assured me they would not charge me for gas since I had the loaner vehicle one extra day, not only did they charge me for that gas but they tried to charge me for $300 to vacuum crumbs out of the backseat.
