Very good and fast was able to get service withoput appointment..
Early service so missed out on early morning donuts. Besides that I always have good service and courteous reps.

Service department wants to charge me a diagnostic fee of almost $300 to confirm there's a leak for my sunroof when all they did was have the tech run it through their car wash on site and confirm there was a leak. But then they wanna charge $2400 to fix it. I can't believe it. What a rip off.

I bought my QX80 in San Antonio and was sold a car that they have continued to fail to meet service wise. I was told it would be just fine to use the dealer in Georgetown, and then suddenly when I need to use the warranty I was sold at closingevery excuse was thrown at me. After theee months of calling I'm still having to drive a broken windshield. GT couldn't honor the contract that San Antonio promised would be honored everywhere. I just paid $1700 and car ran good for 2 weeks but I had to return when car started running bad again. I asked if they had towing available but was told I would be responsible for it ($125-$180) if it was something other than the original service. Look, I already agreed to the recommended service and I am now having to return due to the car running bad. This isn't really the time to nickel & dime the customer. I'm already out a lot of money and time.
