We were so fortunate that Norman had come in on his day off to meet someone picking up their car. He offered to wait on us as the showroom was full. Came in for a routine oil and filter change. Scott Sundlie was courteous and responsive as always. He informed us the battery was bad and replaced it under warranty. Scott has been our go to guy and the reason we come to get our vehicle serviced here. He goes above and beyond and always ensures that we are satisfied! Thanks Scott!

I visited Honda of Westborough on Thursday with my wife’s 2021 lease to either buy it out or lease a new vehicle. I was over the mileage limit on my 2021 Pilot and didn’t think I would be able to lease a new one. Came in today because my radio was was not working on my Honda Ridgeline truck. Called before coming in and spoke to Scott who reassured me it could be fixed. Upon arriving Scott greeted me and within minutes my radio was working. I found him professional, friendly and someone I would enjoy working with again. Caution - don't go to this dealer. They are just interested in making money of service. I had Infotainment issue screen showing black, heating issue and they ended up replacing camera and display unit charging me and my insurance carrier over 4K for the same and refused to service any further without solving any of the issue. The refused because I was challenging them of the charges and not fixing the issue thus far.
