I must say I had a wonderful experience with Cameron M today as he was very kind very calm I brought my 2020 Honda Civic in for an oil change and inspection sticker and Cameron was extremely attentive he explained everything to me explained what it would cost and I found that he let me know as things were happening and approximately how long it would take I had a very pleasant experience at Herb Chambers Toyota Shrewsbury today and will be returning and will also refer my only negative is when I bought my car last July 2020 ... read more

Customer service was top notch it may have taken all day to buy my new car but it is and always will be worth the wait in the end.
