I left my car there for more than 2 weeks waiting for a part that then got back ordered for 2 months. I picked up my car to trade in, put in some fuel injector cleaner that cost me less than $50, and my issue went away. I spent hundreds of dollars and and more due to time and loss of being able to drive my vehicle, and it was a simple fix that they never suggested. Other than that, people were polite and responded in a timely manner.

2017 Honda CRV 140k service B13 - Oil Change, Tire Rotation, inspect brakes, change transmission fluid. All completed while I waited within 90 minutes. Very pleasant, efficient and washed and ready. Great Service, but the price had doubled in 5 years from less than $200 to now just a few dollars below $400.00. “Despite the High cost of Living, it remains popular : )
