Went for my first oil change yesterday, easy in and out, while I waited. Was surprised when he told me they washed and vacuumed my car too. Love my Honda CRV. Win win!!
Purchased a used 2016 Pilot in October. Promised new tires but was told upon pick up that they had passed inspection, my fault for not speaking up at the time. After I noticed the gas cap door was not sitting flat, I brought up the tires. They replaced the gas cap door and had no problems giving me the 4 new tires so kudos. Was recently there again to have a door handle replaced that had oxidized. Will give kudos again because it was done as promised and within a good time frame. Scheduling was easy, even for the same day. Service manager was accurate and helpful. Work was accomplished in the notified time. Seating and amenities while you wait were more than satisfying. Good job Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. 👍👍👍
