Excellent Customer Service I went from a noise that was making my 2017 Honda Accord and in less than 2 hours I was out and satisfy with the service and explanation of what was making that noise.

issue with the battery I had an issue with the battery going dead, I had a dead battery on Saturday and had AAA jump the battery then on Sunday it was dead a again, called Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough on Monday spoke with Matt and he stated to bring it in no appointment needed - I went in that afternoon and spoke with Justin (service) and he got it right in and they checked all the systems and replaced the battery. Brought my 2019 Passport in for service. Service Advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. This was the second time I had to bring it in for a complicated problem. Advisor was able to provide me with a Courtesy vehicle which was extremely helpful.
