Quick and easy car-buying process, just like last time. This is my second certified pre-owned Honda through Herb Chambers. I specifically sought out Norman Methe, since I had a great experience with him back in 2016. I settled on a 2015 Civic, since it was low mileage and the price was well within my budget. Norman took care of everything regarding my purchase, and start-to-finish the whole process took about 3 hours. I intend to work with Norman again, when it comes time to think about replacing this 2015 Civic.
Peter was so helpful with my check in and check out. He was polite and knew what he was talking about. He gave me suggestions and explained everything I needed to know. Thank you!

AC Compressor Replacement Brought car in for A/C check. Was informed the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Made appointment for the service and it was completed in a timely fashion.

The best service! Just wanted to drop a quick note to compliment James Bulger and Scott Sundlie at your Westborough MA showroom. I've been getting cars from James for over 20 years, and he is the best! And Scott was terrific as well. I got an Accord EX-L hybrid, and it is fantastic. I previously had an Infiniti (that I'd gotten from James) and this is actually a nicer car! Expect to see me back in three years! Best, Joe Wolvek
