Honda Pilot cylinder four misfire issue The service team was unable to diagnose the issue since the check engine codes were inadvertently cleared by my mechanic. They informed me of this iand did not charge me for the visit. They suggested a course of action to bring the car back in after the error occurs again to allow the Westborough service team the opportunity to diagnose the problem. Overall I had a very good experience with the Westborough Service Team.
I was very much happy with the services provided. Everything was done professionally & completed in a reasonable time. We always have our Honda serviced here.
Randy is the best that I have worked with. He remembers me and what we had previously done (whether he looks it up as I walk in or not- makes me feel welcome). He also explains what is being done and why. I trust him

Courteous, professional and competent as always! I believe the person who helped me was Randy (the masks make it hard to identify people these days!) (Suggest you please remove the 25-word minimum since it does not really make a whole lot of sense)
It was great. They told me how long and how much, and were right. I was a wait-er, so this was important to me not to have to wait too long
Took care of me even though I came in without an appointment. Why do you need 25 words? I do not need that much space.
