Honda Pilot cylinder four misfire issue The service team was unable to diagnose the issue since the check engine codes were inadvertently cleared by my mechanic. They informed me of this iand did not charge me for the visit. They suggested a course of action to bring the car back in after the error occurs again to allow the Westborough service team the opportunity to diagnose the problem. Overall I had a very good experience with the Westborough Service Team.

Randy is the best that I have worked with. He remembers me and what we had previously done (whether he looks it up as I walk in or not- makes me feel welcome). He also explains what is being done and why. I trust him

Hi not sure who else I interacted with due to the masks. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. I would recommend that service coupons go out in a more timely manner. seems they also arrive via e-mail after service is scheduled.
