RecommendedBought a CPO vehicle four months ago along with a service contract for tires and mechanical issues. Had some problems with a sensor shortly after purchase. Although we were first told that it wouldn’t be covered under any of our plans despite the recent purchase, we did have a very positive interaction with the branch manager to address the issue. Good upper level management at this organization. Very pleased with their responsiveness and follow-up to address our issue.

We bought our first new car after owning a long series of marginal clunkers and older cars. The sales Dept was very helpful and walked us through every step. We did our due diligence in researching just what we wanted based on our budget and needs prior to our visit and the test drives. It has been a pleasure working with Herb Chambers Honda in purchasing a 2017 Civic. Can I give them 6 stars? Norm deserves it!
Johny Tang was good. Got me my car and got me out of there quickly. Got a 2017 Honda Accord. With any car buying experience, you have to negotiate correctly and stick to your guns.

Chris, the Service Manager, again demonstrates Herb Chamber's commitment to customer satisfaction. One of my tire calipers unexpectedly failed causing significant damage to the brake mechanism. Since I just had my brakes done last October, Chris worked to get my bill as low as possible, as I'm sure he does for every customer, and even paid my car rental as I waited for parts to arrive.
