Felt welcomed from the time we walked through the door near the receptionist. We didn’t have an appointment but a salesman arrived swiftly. He showed us the car we were interested in and gave us time to explore it. He explained different payment options. After giving a down payment, I called our insurance agent for insurance coverage. the dealership handled getting a new plate, getting it registered and we were able to pick it up later the same day.

Service was great and the Scott the Honda rep was excellent. After the service was complete and they washed the car. Scott applied all the service specials that cpuld be applied to reduce the cast as well. I never had a problem with HerbChambers Hindo of Westborough with service on my Accord.

Great experience here! After shopping around at several dealers in the NE area, this place seemed different. No pressure from the sales floor or in the finance office. Just seemed like good people! I’ve never been to a small town Indiana Ford dealership, but I imagine it feels a lot like this place. Just good peeps, looking to help out folks in their community. Made it worth the 30 mile drive from the Automile! So happy to be saying so long to Jr and hello to Herb and this awesome team!
