I was so surprised and excited when they brought out my dream cr v in my favorite color and that I was able to afford it. I could not be happier with my 2014 cr v! They aaccidentally damaged some from on my Pilot during regularly scheduled maintenance. They owned up to the damage (I might not have noticed until later), arranged for the replacement part to be in next AM and I was able to walk right in the next day to have it repaired without waiting. It took them a record time to replace and I was out of there on my way within less than 20 minutes.
I always have great service at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough.
