I had a wonderful experience with Matt Strong. Matt Strong is a charming young man and a gentleman. He is professional, was always courteous and has a low key style. I had confidence in him because he does not do a hard sell. I would come back to him. He is a great public face for your dealership.
consistently strive to make customer happy Jerry was great to work with and took the time to walk through all the items (recall notices) with me to help me understand what was going to be done to my vehicle. Jerry was also great at making sure my expectations were met. Our car didn't get washed (which is included in the service) because of the extreme cold the day of service, but Jerry followed up to say we could return anytime for a wash!
Maintenance I was there for basic maintenance--oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very professional staff - Abby Hermanson.
Great Service, True Professionalism Matt was professional, warm and friendly from the moment we stepped into Herb Chambers Honda. He listened to our needs and was really focused on getting us the right car for our needs. The rest of the staff were great too. Because of Matt’s professionalism we will no doubt be a returning customer. Thanks to Matt and the rest of the staff for making this a great car buying experience.

Oil change and air bag recall Jerry my service rep is always friendly and helpful and tells me what exactly will be done to my car and the timing of completion
Great Service as always I had to bring my car in for maintenance schedule. Everything was done as expected. The service manager was very polite and professional. I find the service people are great every time I go here.

Exceptional Customer Service Definitely recommend David Yang . I bought cars in other dealers but I never had a salesman like him. He explain everything and showed me how my new car works . I’m very happy and pleased with my new car.
